At HÄME UNIVERSITY OF APPLIED SCIENCES on Industrial Internet course we had project with Arduino Uno WIFI R2 and CJMCU VL53L0X distance measurement sensor. The idea was to design the use case for the hardware with the measurements sent to the cloud service ThingSpeak IoT platform.
The use case can be show as an example of prototype, our team idea was to measure weight using distance sensor to recognize compression of springs. Following video is a prototype aka visualization of our idea which I animated in Blender environment.
