Made some hair using hair particles option. First ones where not soo good. I started with a nice tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EVj1fETtuN8
And made something like this

Very nice render, then I wanted to integrate this into a hair creation. As little i knew about face modeling. Pretty difficult. This particular shape is very unique and seems easy to model from all the tutorials I watched.
I imported reference picture and tried to made head and face shape based on that. I didn't want to practice it earlier, it seemed difficult. So for this first time, I wanted it to look good but unfortunately I have a lot to practice. Below result is not good at all. I don't like it. I thought maybe the material will save it...

There is a lot to point out. The first bad decision and point where it all went down was my wish to create this quickly. So not only face looking like some ugly mask. The hair render looks messy.
The next step was to focus more on the face and proportions. Instead of a reference picture, I tried to point out the main facial features and work with them. Gone better.
The hair still needs more shaping and less 80's looking like hair.

After smoothing out the hair it was better...

And then longer hair with some motion.

Overall, it wasn't that bad. Although I started my journey with character modelling. I thought I can postpone it in time, but it is better to start doing it now before any poor habits arise.
